Episode 7- F*ckin’ Nutbar

This week the mystery intensifies! In reverse order, we discuss episodes 2 and 3 of Twin Peaks, Ben looking like an idiot in a research team meeting, dumb minor injuries, and Devin has a pen and ink conundrum! Oh, and we're going to post some shortish videos of us messing around with Minecraft, so check out our YouTube page for that.

Episode 6- Perbatim

Ok, look, I'mma be real wit'chu... We didn't get to talk about Twin Peaks this week (Ben's fault!). But! There was still stuff to discuss! Ben gets way way too into explaining how his school is trying to save energy and then inevitably gets back to communication theory to show off his raging academic boner. Then, Devin talks about an upcoming first-person adventure game before continuing to feed his new pen and ink addiction (which just about drags Ben in with him). Plus, we pretty much coined a new word!

Episode 5- Diane, I’m Recording a Podcast

Class is in session! Please pass your homework to the front. You did do your homework, right? Ah, well, even if you didn't watch Twin Peaks for this week, there's still some good discussion of fountain pens and communication theory! And lots of talk about the first episode of Twin Peaks. Lots and lots of that.

Episode 4- Minecraft, Interrupted

As we reflect on the first full week of September (and the start of Ben's seasonal allergies!), we cover what games we've been playing, what grad school is really like, what idle minds find on Tumblr, and what a 3am warning call does to one's psyche. Among other things, of course.

Ep 3- Conversation Time

We try something new this week; instead of having a specific list of topics, we just sat down and talked for a while. Inevitably, that meant we got pretty philosophical! Topics discussed: shame, politics, fear (of the dark), and some bad jokes. NOTE: This week, Devin was, by his own admission, drunk. Really, all it means is we end up acknowledging the social and personal existence of the act of masturbation (read: no details). You have been 'warned'.

Episode 0- Hello World

(Note: This episode was originally published on 08/04/14)

In this pre-inaugural episode, we discuss names: names for the podcast, names of sports, and names of hosting services. Not that we meant to cover all of that. That would mean we planned it.

So It Begins…

Hello and welcome to the World's Worst Podcast!

We're just two friends, now separated by time(zone) and space, who like to talk, often to each other. We've both studied philosophy in college, so we tend to get into deep stuff. Or, we just complain about pop culture. It all depends on the week.

New episodes are released each Monday (unless otherwise noted).
